What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay and most major credit cards and payments are collected on a secure server. In order to protect against fraud, you may be asked to provide payment verification. 

 

Why didn't my card go through?
There are a few reasons why your card might not go through. Most often, the billing address provided does not match the official address that your credit card company has on file, so take a look at that before trying your purchase again.

 

What if I didn't receive all the items in my order? 
Your order may have been split to better accommodate shipping. If you have qeustions about your order email us at info@santabarbararecords.com.

 

When will my order be delivered? 
Orders can take up to 5 business days to process before being shipped out. Please refer to your tracking number to see when your package will arrive.

 

What does shipping cost and who do you use? 
We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on expanding our reach by the end of the year. Your package will ship from Santa Barbara by either USPS or UPS, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Exceptions are unworn, unwashed, tagged apparel or defective items.

 

I got the wrong size, can I exchange it? 
To be eligible for an exchange, your apparel item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and with tags. To start a return, please contact us at info@santabarbararecords.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for an exchange.  

 

What if I need to return an apparel item?
Apparel may be returned for a refund (minus outgoing shipping) within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@santabarbararecords.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

I have not received my order. 
If your order has not arrived or you do not see additional movement in your tracking information after 14 days, please contact us at info@santabarbararecords.com. If you fail to contact us within 60 days, we will be unable to file a missing package claim or offer a replacement.

 

I have a wrong or missing item in my order. 
We hope this never happens! But we're human, so if it does please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@santabarbararecords.com and we will ship out your missing item right away.

 

My order arrived damaged or defective. 
We hope this never happens! But we're human, so if it does please contact us at info@santabarbararecords.com within 14 business days of receiving your order with a video and/or pictures of the damage. Once we have reviewed and approved the return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
